As much as they say that it has been the hottest week on record in parts of the UK, the worst of it here has been the humidity. It’s moist and clingy – despite being on the coast there has been little sign of any breeze. Of course, this all fuels the passion of moaning about the weather – it’s too hot to do anything else.
