Having done a total over-haul of the CSS the page now looks like something I could use as a personal homepage. As it looks fine in Moz and IE, any future tweaks will probably be working to get full validation.
As for Netscape 4 or other browsers, I look forward to seeing how the page gets rendered, but don’t think that I will be bothered to fix it.
